I don't think you realize how insensitive you were when you responded to his inquiry of a couple of weeks ago. I had a chance to chat with Royster Tuesday night and now I want the healing to begin:



Ron Royster has left Chapel Hill for a few weeks to shoot a movie with VCA with the photographer Octavio.

accuracy man, accuracy--it was far from his first post, he'd had 30-something greatest-misses that didn't exactly ingratiate himself to anyone but the remaining taliban who were thrilled at more evidence we've become the bitches osama alluded to in his "paper tigers" schtick. i didn't jump on him on his first post, he wasn't endearing himself to the board at that point. whether he's incapable of taking audience design into consideration and assessing the situation he's about to dive head-first into, didn't bother doing it, or thought he was able to walk on water is another question.

it's not like there weren't 5 threads below what he posted in that should have conveyed the hostility he was about to swan dive into, including willie's alt-porn lampoon. some people take 5 minutes to survey the lay of the land before jumping in to post, some don't. i've got no patience for those who don't or think they're going to be the guy unaffected by torment-he'd pissed people off before and came into the part of the board that's instantly-recognizable as oft-unfriendly.

he may be the greatest guy in the world, he walked in like an asshole and duke-it's just a message board. we say mean things if they're funny or should something be sub-optimal.

he wasn't that cool duke, check his post history. do i regret saying what i did to him? nope. what debt do you think you owe this guy? some right to a nice world where he can just be himself even if he's a douche?

we're not talking some african child with a distended belly, dying of malaria with flies on his cheek, this is a pornographer, not particuarly of note, with hurt feelings. i'm not insulting a delicate genius, abusing a fragile artist--he films columbine-cases/disaffected-jv-soccer players from jersey fucking and i'm not interested in making sure his feelings have their warm milk and security blanket before bedtime. i'm a genuinely nice person sometimes, i'm a fucking bastard to the type of people who somehow manage to make sure you residually hear about inconsequential and overly-dramatized interactions that i've been sleeping just fine with for weeks.

luke--remember the time when i was anything less than civil or helpful to you? neither do i. so what's up with demanding an apology to some smutpeddler with a good sob story? i feel more remorse over not flushing, certainly over being lauded for making the people who guide missiles a bunch more money when i don't need it. i'm deaf to humpty-dumpty's alt-porn bleatings of abuse via orthodoxyproxy, if i'm the worst thing that's ever happened to him he's lucky or he's a serial whiner using you while posting repulsive bullshit(see alt-penis below)and basically trying to annoy everyone here
