This is why Humans are the worst fucking animals on the planet. Other species have sexual reproduction down like clockwork, and in the event a mistake happens and an unwanted offspring is born or born 'crippled', they simply eat the little bastard, thus making the most out of a bad situation and providing food for themselves for a day or two.

Take Grey Wolves for example. In the closing days of winter, the Mature Male & Female wolves fuck each other silly for a few weeks, thus keeping themselves warm and keeping their minds off the fact that they are hungry because most other forms of food haven't come out of winter hiding yet.

The 63 day gestation period for a Grey Wolf means the pup will be born in mid to late spring, when food is reaching the plentiful stage and the weather is great. Then, the males and females dont fuck anymore, unless their is a population dearth caused by human bastards overhunting the wolves. They spend the rest of the year satisfying their sexual urges by dryhumping pine trees and licking their own gonads.
