Oh I wouldn't dare call Tim Pat Coogan a liar. The amount of research he does alone for his books is phenomenal. I'm just saying that he does take a particular perspective vis-Ã -vis Collins & Eamon de Valera, that I don't get from other historians. (Coogan has been criticised by other historians for his hard line stance on de Valera). While I don't directly blame de Valera for Collins death, he does deserve some blame for allowing the Civil War to begin and which thus caused the Big Fella's death.
I wonder did Mick give it to Kitty Kiernan or Lady Lavery up the ass?? Historically, I think that is a more important question to be answered…
