ground floor windows don't break easily. israelis are the most dishonest people on the planet, if you'd never met any other kind of eastern-european/american jewish people you'd be pissed the holocaust failed. the fact he was dealing with israelis means it's true and he can't be faulted for trying one of the only ways to get his money back.
