This thread reminds me of when I saw the movie "The Other Sister". When they were about to have sex, I wondered what it would be like for them and if they had any fucking clue what they were doing.

With that said I know nothing about Down Syndrome, but I have heard stuff about Autism. Some of them aren't capable of ever being potty trained.
