actually James, every company in this business does it when they fire a salesperson or the salesperson leaves. my press release was rather neutral and said nothing negative about her... those things were inferred by others. the press release is necessary to ensure that everyone knows the employee no longer works for us and therefore cannot try to continue taking orders or other things while no longer employed
