What's the average lifespan of a salesperson at a given production company? Seems like a month or two! I've been a buyer for a adult store for just over a year now and some companies have had 5 different sales managers during that time. For an industry that generates so much money, doesn't seem like most the sales people can keep the job. Is it the people or is it the companies? I'm just curious. Its like anything else,good help is hard to find.Some sales people jump from ship to ship looking for more money while others suck and cant hold onto the postion.When you find a good employee its best to play them well and let them know they have a future in your company so they stay.
