What's the average lifespan of a salesperson at a given production company? Seems like a month or two! I've been a buyer for a adult store for just over a year now and some companies have had 5 different sales managers during that time. For an industry that generates so much money, doesn't seem like most the sales people can keep the job. Is it the people or is it the companies? I'm just curious. Has it always been this way, or is this a recent trend?
