Click on the "My Home" link under the "Whores degraded daily" banner Go down to the "My Configuration" table at the bottom. Click the "edit" link at the end of the line that says "Personal information, email, password, etc." Go down to the line that says "Upload your picture (100x100 max pixels, may be smaller)".
