• Save the pic to your hard drive.
  • Click on the "My Home" link under the "Whores degraded daily" banner
  • Go down to the "My Configuration" table at the bottom.
  • Click the "edit" link at the end of the line that says "Personal information, email, password, etc."
  • Go down to the line that says "Upload your picture (100x100 max pixels, may be smaller)".

I assume you can take it from there.
