I think its that the contract girl receives a wage from a company and during the time she is contacted is only allowed to work for that particular company ( dfepending on the terms of the contract ). Looking at other girls who are/were on contracts like Ashley Blue and Gauge it seems like they disappear from movies In Gauge's case it seems like the contract was designed to eliminate competition maybe and remove her from the porn scene?! I imagine contracts may mean a girl might have a lower income potential but on the upside for girls they have a guaranteed wage and it means they might not have to work as much...

The girls get paid alot more for their scene than a independent/frelance girl. They do fewer scenes. They know what they are making. Girls without contracts have to work more scenes, but they can make alot more because of it. _________________________
