Yes it is a total shameless rip of the RLD series, also judging by the trailer I sense some Gag Factor influence. Though its not nearly as bad as Ray Guhn ripping off American Bukake with the whole COHF content.

But I don't think Longshot is a rip-off artist/asshole, he was probably caught with deadline presures and such. Perhaps in the future he will have the time to put forth the intellectual effort required for a great new series/title. Just my two cents.
