Welcome all liberals, here's your typical gun loving, redneck, hick, dumb fuck Repulican conservative.
Doesn't understand why he can't connect to PissMops anymore. Blame Hillary. Create new name to hide behind.
Doesn't understand why all Americans don't support the President despite the fact that roughly 2,300 Americans have died because he took power,
not since he took power,
but BECAUSE he took power.
Can't understand why Bush's poll numbers are at 37 percent. Blame Hillary, and create another XPT name to hide behind.
Delay, Frist, Cheney, Rove, Libey and so many other Republicans are under investigation for what? Why?
Guns and Saudis, both of which kill thousands of Amercians every year are good!
Social programs, endangered species, and not putting political hacks into important roles, that's bad!
What do we do?

I'm a gun-loving Republican conservative. I've lived in the south at times, but have lived too much of my life in CA to be a "redneck" or a "hick". Also, you should be careful about using the invective "dumb fuck" in the same sentence as a misspelling. (ie. "Repulican")

You failed to learn form my previous posts on the approval ratings issue. I can't say I'm surprised.
You should also know that investigations of politicians are not difficult to initiate. If you ask "why" then I'll tell you: Democrats, who have been unable to defeat Republicans electorally for nearly a decade, have decided to use alternate means to accomplish what they cannot do through the electoral process.

Guns are definitely good. Social programs, environmentalism, and Saudis are not good. If you haven't noticed, the people most outraged over Bush's cronyistic Supreme Court nomination are conservatives. Liberals like Harry Reid are creaming their panties over the prospect of a trial lawyer being on the court, BTW. Try harder next time.

You've already made the "passports" remark in other threads. What are you referencing? The last time passports were a political issue was when Democrats were distraught over losing yet another Presidential election and some considered abandoning the country. (Unfortunately they didn't. Too bad.)

I haven't been overseas in over a decade, and I'm increasingly proud of it. Vacations are best taken in Hawaii.
I really only go overseas for work but you do get an understanding in some small way of how others think.
after seeing how they raise their children I believe I now know why they blow themselves up when they don't get their way.

I spend a lot of time at the local university campus, where a substantial number of the students are foreigners. Most of them are quite nice, but politically show the indoctrination of the radical left: America is an evil racist empire, blah, blah, etc. I talk to them and it quickly becomes apparent to them (and myself) how shallow their understanding of the United States is. Mainly they parrot the opinions of foreign radicals and domestic liberals, and find themselves shocked when they speak to someone who actually likes the United States. In effect, they have never been exposed to pro-American opinions before and the basis for their hate - the mindless repetition of anti-American slogans - quickly falls apart.
I've been to England and Brazil, but living in Los Angeles can't entirely be considered living in America. LA is increasingly an upscale suburb of Mexico.

This probably deserves its own thread - I've had thoughts on this too.
Pretty much daily, we hear of officials having to retract opinions because they offend some group, or, for example, an ad or product having to be recalled because it was "insensitive". (Recall the Burger King ice cream lid that supposedly said "Allah".)
In the case of Muslims, I suspect that such constant complaining is one of two things:
1.) A calculated attempt to acclimate the West to minor appeasement (eg. Burger King changing it's ice cream lids), so that when the major appeasement is demanded - such as not retaliating against an Islamic terrorist act - we are inclined to agree since we have been conditioned to do so through incrementalism.
2.) This religion produces a class of people who are permanently child-like, except their temper tantrums involve crashing airplanes into office buildings.
(Perhaps I should create a poll?)
In the case of other non-Americans, their attitudes involve dodging responsibility for the condition of their countries. For example, if they are poor it is because of evil American capitalist exploitation, not the fact they reject free markets - typically through socialism, communism, or the French style "social market" - all of which result in economic stagnation and failure.
