Alt-porn is just an alternative to mainstream porn (pierced, tattooed, multicolored hair and natural breasts compared to the traditional porn-girl franchise complete with double D-cups implants and L'Oreal Ultra Light Ash Blond).

The other cool thing about alt-porn is the female demographic is substantially higher than mainstream. As some one who grew up believing the majority of woman hated porn, I find it extremely refreshing (and sexually exciting) that there is now this whole new movement of women embracing and supporting the adult world)

So what's the deal with people slamming alt-porn?!?!?!?

The argument that it's not hard enough can quickly be dispelled by looking at Eon's work (or Bennie Profane, Joanna Angel and now Rob Rotten).

It really seems to me to be rather silly and a waste of everyone's time (kinda like saying that Italian food is superior to Mexican food). If you don't like what alt-porn is about, than go look at some Carmen Luvana movies (an excellent choice if you are into mainstream).

Your energies may be better spent on figuring out how the porn industry should prepare itself for the impending attack from the Bush administration.
