I don''t think they (RLD) ever claimed to be reinventing the wheel. They did, however, very consciously take over the style, talent and ultimately the client base the Anabolic had built. But is that RLD's fault, or is it Anabolic's?

Three or four years ago, Anabolic was the shit. No one could touch them. Then they decided to put up a pay site, quit putting out tapes and dvds, lost their greates talent and generally dropped the ball.

I remember about 4 years ago they were putting out at least a few movies a month. Then the site went down for what seemed to be a month or two. When it came back up, things were just never the same. Now they barely put out one new tape a month. Lately it's been just comps.
