I have read that you're not supposed to use two condoms at the same time because, ironically, it reduces the effectiveness of both of them. Apparently, the friction created by the rubbing of the latex creates heat that weakens both condoms. So it's less safe to use two instead of one. I can't reallly verify this though.

As for blowjobs and AIDS, a guy receiving a blow from a girl with AIDS has virtually no chance of getting it from her. The only real way to get it would be if there were prominent bleeding sores or cuts on both your dick and in the whore's mouth.
