Her eyes aren't that dilated. Her iris color is dark brown so it's hard to separate her pupil from her iris in that shot.

As Zenman says I'd wonder more about the lines under her eyes at age 22, or what pain killers she might use to withstand some of the rough anal poundings she takes.
