When I was in Johannesburg ( end of 98 thru beginning of 99) I talked to several people who were already having this happen. The black people were intimidating white farmers off their land and the police were turning a blind eye to the whole thing. I heard of stories of the farmers children being targeted as well. Just an awful situation all around.
