Excellent point. Hadn't considered this. If this is the case, I hope the ugly woman has a media savvy lawyer. Never seen Extreme Makeover. But most shows like that are centered around giving lonely people a warm glow inside. A lawyer who can push the right buttons with the media over this, could probably garner enough attention to make that show just settle the suit and do a big payout.

Well, unless it's cheaper for ABC just to cancel the show.
