No way! It will oxidize *water*, not to mention anyone nearby ("it is hypergolic with the experimenter"). Moreover, the EPA might frown on the tailpipe emissions (hydrochloric acid and worse)...

The rocket guys love the idea with hydrazine as the fuel because of the performance, but nobody - not the Russians, not the Chinese, not the Nazis - has been crazy enough to do it. I don't think there are any commercial uses. I bet they were talking about rockets, not cars.
