They require her head be UPSIDEDOWN, you see, so that the facial assault will be extra degrading, gravity causing the phlegm/vomit/drool/whathaveyou she spits up as a result to run up her nose into her eyes and her pretty flaxen hair, thus dehumanizing her to the maximum the law currently allows.
