Interesting that you mention Tyla's anus. I saw an interview where she said that she has to use alot of warm water in order to have bowel movement. Apparently, she can't go to the bathroom like other people and the whole warm water to induce bowl movement process is so time consuming for her that she only eats one meal a day. I hope she gets some medical help for that, she's a nice girl.
