I do believe that would be Gia Paloma from Gutter Mouths 30. In the seconds before the clip to the left, he is performing a more traditional Gaghammer as it is described in the first post as a flat hand smack. Then Ms. Paloma politely asks for more and then gets whats coming. Hammer time!

Gaghammer definitely the best term now. It should stick.
