Definition of a Brute Force Attack



I noticed that that was an actual html page with viewable sourcecode.....when you attempt to logon to the member's section of a site where billing is handled by ccbill or ibill, a simple dialog box pops up with username and password requests. That's essentially the same thing isn't it, albiet dialog boxes are much simpler that html pages. I'd assume the security would be the same since the information asked for is identical.
