Strangely, 'mice' has become the received term for more than one mouse. Apparenlty in the early days mouses was more common, and you still find people who say that.

Oh I knew what you were talking about.
For a while people were using the word 'meese' as a plural for pc mouse.

Actually, to be pedantic, this sign could be right - IF, the whole title is Fair Deal's Place. The shop being the "place", Fair Deal being a company that so happen to have this "place". To be fair, we don't actually see the whole sign! LB.
