Nah, it's just as much the principle of the thing as anything else, I surmise. Smartt gets away with things others wouldn't, and we are not allowed to snipe him as we would others.

No, everyone sniped at him for weeks and weeks continuously actually. It was only when the momo crowd started to annoy the mods and Tony and jeff that this policy was enacted. I mean waht kind of shit is that anyway- Ban him or I'm leaving. Let him back in or I'm holding my breath. It is like a little kid who doesnt ghet that toy he wants in the store and I am disappointed in the actions of some involved because i thought people were on a higher level than to try stuff like that. For the record though Smartt should have been boxxxed for a week for the spam just like kyoto was but not banned.
