Does Brazil have a child protective services department? How about a Gestapo? Or Do they have a tribal voodoo/santeria/quasi-Incan-death-magic mercenary organization we could call and put a hit out on smartt? I am not content with banning the fucker, noooo, and I dont want him to DIE, no matter how painful or agonizing....He needs to suffer for a long time, so I'm thinking a fate worse than death, incarceration in Sao Paulo's Maximum Security Prison with thousands of inmates of various proclivities and "PRE-VERSIONS"...each day would be a NEW violation for Smartt.
