Jules Jordan Video Files Lawsuit for Copyright Infringement By: Dan Miller Posted: 5:39 pm PDT 7-15-2005 LOS ANGELES - Jules Jordan Video, Inc. has filed a federal lawsuit against Video Xtra Inc.,(aka VXI), a Toronto, Canada-based distributor, www.vximultimedia.com, www.Adultdvdboxoffice.com, www.dvdboxoffice.com, Canadian Multimedia Entertainment, Inc., and Media Mastering Services, LLC, alleging copyright infringement and violation of several California statutes. Jules Jordan Video alleges that the defendants knowingly engaged in the counterfeiting and distribution of pirated Jules Jordan Video, Inc.â€™s award-winning adult videos, which are distributed by Evil Angel. The complaint seeks unspecified damages and injunctive relief. This lawsuit reflects Jules Jordan Video, Inc.â€™s zero tolerance policy for copyright infringement. The company will continue to aggressively pursue all who infringe upon its intellectual property rights through all available legal means.
