Hello (echo)....I havent been posting much lately because I am in jail, and I am banging away at a small laptop that Jamal (Club Da Burglar Security Head) and my lawyer Murray 'the mouthpiece' Fieldelbaumgarten smuggled in with my spare wheelchair.
I got busted on a Joint Connecticut State Police/DEA sting, a trumped up charge of Drug Possession (Honest Officer, those are Certs Mints, not Percs...here let me eat a couple then you can smell my breath), but the real reason they wanted to nail me was my recent rant about the burgeoning Bush Admin war on obscenity. I know this because while being processed in the Hartford Field Office, they took the cuffs off me and my handlebars, sat me next to a desk and left me alone....with a bottle of percs and a copy of Hellfire sex on the desk. I noticed a very short officer watching me from behind a vending machine waiting to see which one I grabbed first. I instead reached further over and grabbed a snickers bar.
Fuck, would anyone in the adult biz want to help me in my defense? Not Financially Of course...just provide some lack-of-character testimony and some legal advice? I mean whether I get ultimately tried on either the Drug charges or some ridiculous Obscenity rap, you guys have loads of experience right???? RIGHT?? (echo)

you shouldnt have anything to worry about regarding the porn. you're an adult and as long as you weren't making copies,showing it to minors, or showing it in public(this includes any screen you might have in your car), then you're good. you didnt specify if the porn was yours though so maybe they were trying to see if you were some kind of pervert they've been looking for lately. have your lawyer look into that for you.
as for the pills if you have or had a prescription then you wouldn't be worried about them, so just deny that they're yours. it's a longshot but you could always try the i was holding them for someone,only this could get you into more trouble because they'll want you to say who,and if you don't then it's obstruction of justice. unless you know somebody with a prescription that would be willing to risk being found guilty of perjury and possibly conspiracy(if the cops have it in for you they'll try to make anything stick). so i guess bishop is right regarding the pills. plead not guilty to anything else.

Hopefully, it is obstruction of justice for frankie to be telling someone to lie to the government on a public forum. Federal agents who are reading this, please track down this public nuisance we know as frankieprnmgcn and lock him up if you can, for his role in this.
To Da Burglar, maybe you can make some shanks out of your wheelchair to defend yourself with in jail.. however, I hope that you beat the rap and we can get you back here soon.

We both know that I didn't edit out anything. The feds can even subpoena the record of your original post, before you edited it. I have just done the board a huge favor, you're going away for a while frankie and when I locate where they are sending you, I will be sure to send some big ape a carton of cigarettes to make sure that your stay there is very unpleasent. 
Not to mention the fact that Da Burglar is sure to find you and shank you while you're in there, maybe even multiple times.

I posted bail this morning...after a 24 hour bender I will resume my usual introspectively fucked up observations on life with a tinge of porn. im sure theyre more worried about smiling arabs call to jihad. some teenage bitches are locked up right now for something even less. unlike most people on here i have a clean record. theres also a disclaimer here in the monkey cage. go read it and youll see that im protected by it. as far as i knew burglar wasnt locked up. do you really think even with a wheel chair hed be able to hide a laptop? if they really had him and were after him like that, theyd search him every chance they got. i dont know how many times i was illegally searced when stopped for skating. to this day ive never gotten a ticket though.
