you shouldnt have anything to worry about regarding the porn. you're an adult and as long as you weren't making copies,showing it to minors, or showing it in public(this includes any screen you might have in your car), then you're good. you didnt specify if the porn was yours though so maybe they were trying to see if you were some kind of pervert they've been looking for lately. have your lawyer look into that for you.

as for the pills if you have or had a prescription then you wouldn't be worried about them, so just deny that they're yours. it's a longshot but you could always try the i was holding them for someone,only this could get you into more trouble because they'll want you to say who,and if you don't then it's obstruction of justice. unless you know somebody with a prescription that would be willing to risk being found guilty of perjury and possibly conspiracy(if the cops have it in for you they'll try to make anything stick). so i guess bishop is right regarding the pills. plead not guilty to anything else.
