Well, well, well...let me explain to you. It´s not difficult. 
A person become a 'famous hooker' when he/she is too much demanded among 'johns'.
A guy become an HIV-monger when he goes to bed with an HIV+ girl.
Quite simple. Do you understand ? 
About the first question I don´t see any problem but to avoid the second one I strongly recommend the condom use as I have posted in a topic opened by me
