Like I've said a few times in this forum and others; The clown makeup was only in a handfull of scenes, out of over 1700 in my career. But people always remember the most outrageous shots, which is why I did it a few times. Same thing goes with the mouth-spreaders, and speculums. They look startling, but again, I don't use em that often or for very long in the scene.
