he eis to adunaton destinyx's post to bullshit-if you're on the meghan's law website there's no chance you're a good person.

NOBODY GETS FRAMED TWICE. you stand by a friend the first time they're accused of doing something fucked up sometimes. next time it happens, you know they're guilty and distance yourself. skeeter's a felon, a multiple one. he's also a sex-offender scumbag child-predator who would devalue houses in your neighborhood were he to move in.

i'm sure jrv'll chime in about angry spouses but bridgette's simply too dumb to scheme or plot anything.

I'll go there with you just for fun. The Meganslaw website is very clear when someone's crime involves minors. Skeeter's crime clearly did not involve a minor and is consistent with his story:

289(a)(1) Sexual penetration by foreign object with force.

This is public record. Go look it up yourself. Had a minor been involved it would clearly state: UNDER 18, UNDER 16, etc and use a different code. It does not. Meganslaw is very clear to point out registrants who are there for crimes against children or minors. There are specific codes to call this out. Such as:

289(h) Sexual penetration with foreign object: Victim under 18.

We already have seen a false allegation of murder in this very thread. In fact it is the title. However, you are willing to ignore this allegation completely which was proven to be false.

As far as being on Meganslaw website and not being a good person. Meganslaw covers all manners of sexual offenses.

311.1 (Prior Code) Indecent exposure.

How about you take your penis out in public and pee on something. Guess what - registered sex offender - welcome to meganslaw. I am not saying the site is filled with good people, but I will say that our criminal system has a margin for error and that offenses are extremely variable in nature. I'm not so sure I would be overly concerned if I knew my neighbor was a flasher in the past or if he/she had been involved in date rape 20 years earlier.

I am also saying that, in Skeeter's case, the man hasn't had any criminal issues in over 10 years. You don't think that suggests being reformed? He has successfully battled every false allegation against him. So your comment about Bridgette's ability to frame someone appears to be totally true.

As for your other false comments, I think slander and libel is a bitch. You know you're IP address is logged here right? If you don't know what that means maybe I will help you out.

Defamation per se
All states except Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, and Tennessee recognize some categories of statements are considered to be defamatory per se, traditionally:

In states that recognize defamation per se, people making a defamation claim for certain statements do not need to prove that the statement was defamatory:

Allegations or imputations "injurious to another in their trade, business, or profession"
Allegations or imputations "of loathsome disease" (historically leprosy and sexually-transmitted disease, now also including mental illness)
Allegations or imputations of "unchastity" (usually only in unmarried people and sometimes only in women)
Allegations or imputations of criminal activity (sometimes only crimes of moral turpitude) [4]
