I saw a mugshot of this "Skeeter" person at some point and in some thread here. He was clean shaven and out of his element and had a tense & tiny mouth identical to that of Barney Frank. That is all the evidence one needs to make all manner of spoeculation and conjecture on this "Skeeter".
