DB, I see the allusion and enjoy this anecdote but don't think it's part of a groundswell.

The dental damage alone is enough to end this trend- disregarding the fact that manufacture is going to have to be moved to mexico to avoid the horrendous process smells and toxic byproducts, which will drive the price up beyond the reach of it's current social caste.
