Lets just get to the bottomline of this entire subject and I'm gonna be blunt about it as I am with anything else.

Haley, as you NOW know... there will never be a successful, properly operated, updated regularly, satisfying site to customers of yours out there, unless you do it yourself!

I wish I could have told you this before hand but then again most girls need to learn the hard way when it comes to something like this. Better yet, do what I've always done... make a free website so no one can legitimately complain

So the point is... you cant trust anyone with your website and name. Not even a best friend or life long buddy who happens to be a computer geek. It has to be YOU! Getting advice and help from others is fine though, milk anyone you can for that just as long as you're the one typing in the password in the FTP program and uploading your stuff yourself.
