Hailey, the site is in your name. If you gave the operators full license to do (or not do) anything they wanted, then it is your fault. You sold your name to them. We consumers have no idea about how the deals are structured, just what we see when we log in.

If you didn't use an attoirney to write your site deal, you'd better do it before you try again. You may be in a position where you cannot start up a new site without getting sued by the people who currently have your name.
