A cage Daycare center...hmmmmm....well I could put my wheelchair fleet out in the playground and let the crumbcrushers crash into each other while I have my morning constitutional(s)...of course, 8 to 1 that at least 50% of the kids end up not getting picked up for 3 days at a time, the typical meth/coke binge duration.
