Unless the porno public is willing to go all the way with shit and piss galore, or actual chicks getting punched, or strangled, or whatever else you can think of, none of which is really what I would call sexual, I don't think there's much more room to expand: The human body can only take so much, and legalities are such that producers really do have to stick with "non-violent" themes.
