that sucks about the bear. leopards are nasty fuckers, i wasn't intending to kill one of them but it had been around the camp for a few nights and they're nasty in the sense that they'll actually stalk and kill you when they're a healthy animal and there's other prey around. it's weird because they're roughly the same size as the cats on this continent and central and south america but just somehow a lot meaner. i didn't kill it at 20 feet, but i also had to work with solids on a cat which isn't ideal.
