The south murdered 4% of the population with their terrorism. The war was about Slavery and if you read the speeches used by southern statesmen at the time it is obvious.

The north only made two mistakes during the war to put down southern terrorists.

1. They didn't kill all the white southern terrorists. America would have been better off with these assholes and their children gone.

2. They didn't ship all the black people back to Africa. The reasons that should have been done are obvious.
