There really isn't much that can be done. Even the japs are out of ideas but still produce the same movies. The only thing that hasn't been done here yet is the bondage bukkake but that probably won't happen in our lifetime 'round these parts.

The whore getting bukkaked probably makes the most impact because fans of the genre will continue to consume it as long as it's produced.
