Hey speaking about Internext your not still stealing girls from agents
in all fairness, Is "stealing" or to put it another way, recruiting talent from another agency, not a good business move? why wouldn't one try to get valued talent working for them?
A- It was the approach on how she did it….sneaky and underhandedly. She could have been a little more upfront about it….like “can I use one of your girls for a shoot?â€
That may seem harsh, but business is business.

you speak of a test shoot....what would that include? are you relying on the word "secure" to differentiate between the "Regan Senter" scenario and justify what you do?

Are managers even needed in porn? Unless you are dealing with near/top talent that justifies the necessity.
random cam girls or whatever would probably need a manager as much as they need a publicist. they wouldn't.

well again, that's a kinda like "who cares?" recruiting someone from another company is just business. and you'll see girls will switch agents all the time. And that happens by several means and I'm rather sure one of them is being recruited. and at the end of the day
if talent chooses NOT to go with someone, they don't. Hence "stealing" is the wrong word being that, talent is going of it's own volition. A-see A #1 above

let me get this straight, to be an "agent" you need to be licensed, to be a "manager" all you need is a to print out a business card? asking not accusing. BTW.

re-reading this sentence, it appears you are saying you thought she had matured, and you were right (as in she did) but then throw in the DP & Bukkake tag as an attempt to get a dig in, or take away the credit you just gave. make up your mind dammit.
