Max lives life on the edge, he does shit in his vids that would piss-off about 95-98% of the U.S. population and has escaped prosecution twice. You got to give the guy credit for having the balls to do what he does. I think that he screens them for gag reflex, if they have one then they are hired. He doesn't usually hire any ugly whores either which explains why Padova never had a chance to work for him. I've read Max's chat transcripts and some interviews with him, hes actually very funny.
