I have worked for a company that ended up closing it's doors a month later..coincidence? Anyway, they never paid anyone their last checks and the employees sued, won, and still received nothing. This is likely common. The other thing about it was that the upper management fucks ended up stealing everything that wasn't bolted to the ground. They of all people needed the money the least since they have been well paid for years and have assets and savings to live off of. I say clean them out if the doors close and if you can get away with it, your going to end up with nothing else anyway.
