Being a mod here on XPT is kinda like being a "WWE referee...."

Monkey is not the "mod" of the cage...monkey is THE CAGE, hence the term the MONKEY CAGE. Choosing someone to replace monkey is more like the old "Guest Hosts" back when Carson was winding down his career.
