I work in healthcare. A physician I once worked with claimed to have been involved in no less than three American Bukkakes. When I doubted his claim (it just didn't seem like the thing he'd do.) he even gave me the address of a somewhat nondescript looking warehouse in North Hollywood that he claimed they were filmed in.

I've never had opportunity to verify his statement.
