Now for the Crap about Democrats and suing. EIGHTY PERCENT of all lawsuits are COMPANY's suing other companies and individuals. The fucking problem is not in lawsuits like this. If this woman has a valid claim then she should sue.

If you want to save the system then STOP COMPANY'S FROM SUING EVERYONE THAT GETS IN THERE WAY. I have seen corporations use lawsuits to force product delays in competitors and steal VALID patents and copyrights from individuals that don't have enough cash to wage a five year court fight. Democrats are not responsible for this problem. When Bush gets 98 percent of his nominees approved on a consistent basis, the other party is not really blocking him. Your shitty job performance is more likely the issue.

Last I checked the Democrats weren't running large deficits, waging illegal wars, torturing people or depriving Americans of their civil liberties.
