I love this place. If someone was on Atlantic Ave in LongBeach by the 405, and asked any regular XPT poster for directions on how to get to the 710 north, instead of getting "just hop on the 405 north 1/2 mile to the 710", they'd be just as likely to get this response:

"Go north on Atlantic Ave through the city of Long Beach, past Signal Hill until you get to E Compton Blvd, then take a left, then a right, then another right, then one more right..."
