Melissa, I think a C-cup would look much more proportionate and attractive on your body type, and not so ridiculous that you'd feel uncomfortable walking around once you've decided to retire from porn. Plus, the bigger you go, the more difficult it is to find pretty bras that fit well, not to mention clothes.

How do you know your surgeon is skilled? Is he board-certified? I'm new to this forum but as I mentioned elsewhere I'm an ex-stripper who has seen a lot of girls get totally botched tit jobs because they didn't do any research beforehand. Just because Doc made Sally Sluttypants's rack look good doesn't mean he's qualified! Also a lot of girls don't allow enough time for recovery - you need at least a month of NO UPPER BODY EXERCISE or you'll jack them up and need them redone.

Will you go over the muscle or under? Saline, silicone gel, or cohesive gel? High profile or moderate? Will the incision be through your armpit (transax) through the nipple (periareolar) or under the breast (submammary)? There are lots of factors to consider. Here's a fucked-up statistic from the FDA: at 3 years post-op, ONE THIRD of women wo had the surgery ended up having to get them removed or replaced due to complications. That's not a small number.
